Questions we are asked

A few things families often ask before reaching out.

We're an out-of-network provider — we don't bill insurance directly, but we give you all the documentation you need to submit for reimbursement. See our pricing page for details.

Many families ask this, and it depends on clinical intent. Whether a service qualifies as skilled OT is determined by your intake evaluation and treatment plan — if it's part of a medically necessary plan with specific clinical goals, it can often be coded as OT. We recommend asking your provider if they cover "out-of-network OT" so you know what to expect once your treatment plan is set.

Wherever makes the most sense — community pools, private pools, home or community settings (hiking, biking), schools, you name it. Availability depends on scheduling, your assigned therapist, and the service requested.

Reach out for a free call, send us an email, or jump straight to our intake form if you're ready — we'll walk you through the rest. Visit our contact page for details.

In their own words

Thank you and your amazing team for all the hard work everyone puts in. Therapy is tough because we don't see the differences immediately and some sessions will be better than others (natural course of life). But what you and the team do, makes a significant difference in family's lives.
